Métis Community Services of BC has partnered with UBCO to bring you activities for youth and young adults on Traditional Unceded Sylix Territory in Kelowna.
Indigenous People 14-34 years old are invited to join a local research project, learn from Elders, and participate in activities!
A closing circle will be held to get your opinion on the activities and how it has impacted your health and wellness.

June 15, 2024 – 10-2pm: Fishing & Exploring our Relationship to the Land and Water + Fish Scale Art
June 30, 2024 – 11-3pm: Looking at Today and Connecting to Your Roots with Carol & Cheryl + Family Tree Activity
July 14, 2024 – 12-4pm: Visions for the Future & Final Gathering + Jigging & BBQ
July 28, 2024 – 11-1pm: Closing Circle / Feedback Session
